Return Policy

  • Call us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and to arrange for returns at (844) 784-9280 or you may email customer service at [email protected]. Please have your original order number on hand.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser (unless the original part was damaged during shipping).
  • All damages must be reported to the freight carrier and noted at the time of delivery.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • Parts must be in saleable condition and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tested parts.
  • Parts that have to be ordered from Japan ARE NOT returnable in most circumstances. 
  • EMBLEMS, BADGES OR MOLDINGS are not returnable if the package has been opened.
  • ELECTRICAL PARTS are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find to have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Request for return must be made within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment.
