Call us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and to arrange for returns at (888) 880-4276 or you may email customer service at parts@mitsubishipartscentral.com. Please have your original order number on hand.
A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser (unless the original part was damaged during shipping).
All damages must be reported to the freight carrier and noted at the time of delivery.
There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
Parts must be in saleable condition and in the original packaging.
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tested parts.
Parts that have to be ordered from Japan ARE NOT returnable in most circumstances.
EMBLEMS, BADGES OR MOLDINGS are not returnable if the package has been opened.
ELECTRICAL PARTS are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find to have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Request for return must be made within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment.
